Key Responsibilities:
- Make our guests Feel Welcome
- Serve guests mixture of beverages
- Utilise tills and cash handling
- Resolve minor gaming machine errors
- Manage guest experience and recovery
- Assist during major event activations and extended operations
- Ensure compliance with RSA & RCG legislation
The Person:
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Positive & energetic attitude
- Flexible availability including evenings & weekends
- Practical knowledge of RSA & RCG
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
