Yarragon Hotel serves meals seven days per week in the busy West Gippsland tourist town of Yarragon. We have built a reputation for great food and excellent service over the past six years and are looking for a chef de partie for an immediate start.
The role:
Our head chef is looking to grow our team and is searching for a passionate, fully-qualified hospitality professional. This is a full time, permanent position which will require weekend and night work. We are looking for a talented chef who can demonstrate experience in a la carte service and has a desire to learn and a commitment to provide customers with the very best.
Essential skills required.
- A minimum 2 years proven experience cooking with quality, seasonal produce
- A self-directed, positive attitude
- A desire for continual growth
