The Role:
As a Shift Supervisor you will help run the shifts, look after fellow-Team Members and motivate the team to get the best out of everyone. It's a great step up for any ambitious individual looking to improve and develop themselves into a management role.r
Key Selection Criteria:
- Prior experience working in hospitality, retail or tourism;
- Good communication skills;
- Demonstrated experience multitasking;
- Experience working in a team environment;
- Passion for and exposure to food preparation and handling;
- Exceptional personal presentation;
- Positive attitude and an enthusiasm;
- Experience as a team leader in some capacity is advantageous.
