The elegant and historic Clubhouse is home to three individual dining outlets, 18 accommodation rooms, and hosts an array of spectacular social functions all serviced by the club’s talented Kitchen, Food & Beverage and House teams.

Skills and experience
The right candidate will be motivated, driven and passionate about working with great produce; enjoy working in a team environment and have a keen willingness to learn all there is to learn about Modern Australian cuisine.
Candidates will have completed a Cert. III or higher in hospitality. Experience working within a hatted restaurant is preferred plus exposure to buffet, weddings and other functions will be highly regarded.
