The Leederville Hotel site which consists of the venues The Garden, Bill's Bar and Bites, Babushka and The Blue Flamingo are currently looking to recruit a full time duty manager with demonstrated experience to become part of our team.

The duties and responsibilities within this role will include:

• Managing the daily operations of the venue in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Building strong customer relationships and a strong focus on achieving excellent customer service
• Managing and nurturing relationships between staff and management in all areas
• Drive for results in all aspects of the venues business
• Cash handling
• Management, training  and recruitment of staff
• Stock management and transfers
• Managing client functions and events
• Adhering to Liquor License

To be successful in this position, you must also possess:

• Previous proven experience in managing/leading, training/developing & mentoring a medium to large team to achieve business objectives
• A confident approach, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business
• Strong dedication to Food Safety, OH&S and HACCP
• Excellent cocktail knowledge is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of wines and beer
• Excellent understanding of cellar operations and draught beer  
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

In order to be considered for this role you will have a minimum of one year experience as a Duty Manager, you will be a strong leader, self motivated and friendly. Candidates must be self-driven, team players with a hands-on attitude. You must have a current RSA and be an Approved Manager.
