About the role
The position of Care Support Worker is part of an integrated team providing domestic services for our residents. The Care Support Worker is a crucial role providing support in the areas of Cleaning, Catering and Laundry Services.
What you bring
- Effective interpersonal communication; both written and verbal
- Ability to participate as a positive and effective team member
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Ability to take direction and work under supervision
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
- Food Handling Certificate (Applicable for catering)
- Ability to operate standard domestic and industrial equipment
- A clear understanding of, and personal commitment to, the Mission, Vision, Values of Calvary Retirement Communities.
