We are currently seeking a talented, motivated, pro active forward thinking Chef to step into the role of Chef de Partie. The candidate is someone who has been, or is currently in a similar role, or an experienced Chef looking to step up and take on a new challenge. The right candidate must be a hard, fast worker, able to lead by example, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and personal hygiene within the kitchen.
Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Knowledge of both local and international produce and technique
- Passion for the food industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Must take pride in their section, food, and working relationships
- Ability to work as a part of a busy, dedicated team
- Boundless energy
- Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
