Our client is one of Brisbane's fastest growing groups offering fantastic food and beverage to its guests. With multiple venues in and around Brisbane, now is the time to join this exciting group.

As the  manager your main responsibility will be to ensure the overall seamless service on a day to day basis of this busy venue by overseeing operations, train staff, manage costs and continue to offer ideas to develop & improve the experience of guests visiting the venue.

You will need:

• Experience managing a busy F&B focused venue
• Solid understanding of service styles 
• A motivated attitude
• Good food and beverage knowledge
• An understanding of cost control
• A hands on management style
• Ability to train and mentor teams
