This youthful and vibrant restaurant/bar chain is on the hunt for a senior operator to assist with their next growth phase and help oversee the strategic operation by developing Business Managers and providing support to grow their business. In this role you will report directly to the owners and Operations Director and it will be your role to build trust in this relationship in order to keep them moving forward.

Innovative & quirky, this is a brand that is fast gaining a steady foothold in the industry as they prepare for yet more site openings. A big part of this role will see you assist with new site openings so a background in opening new restaurants and the skills to be able to effectively project manage will be essential.

You will have senior staff reporting to you and also provide support to their direct reports. An understanding of the Casual Dining/Premium Casual model and also multi-site and remote management of a business 

You yourself will be a forward thinking "big picture" kind of person. You will have the ability to really step back, pinpoint upcoming problems and provide clear strategy and direction to rectify it. This is an EXCITING business so you definitely need to bring your natural enthusiasm and positive attitude.

For this role, it's essential that you have worked in a similar role within the restaurant business. A strong understanding of all aspects of how restaurants run is essential.
