This beautiful estate, just shy of two hours drive from the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, needs a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join its tight knit team. Offering excellence in conferencing, functions, weddings, and a la carte dining, this rustic venue has all that and more!
Focusing on simple, fresh, local food and produce, this small kitchen team needs a Sous chef with good all round experience and an understanding of the need that a heavily seasonal rural business brings.
So, we’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience working in fast faced function style venues
- Excellent team work and communication skills
- Experience in all aspects of kitchen operation
- A passion for true simple local food with a creative flair
- Full working rights and availability
