  • Qualified and Experienced Chef de Partie, with energy and enthusiasm
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • An ability to work in a cohesive team environment
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A genuine passion for the trade
  • Able to work on a rotating roster (including weekends)
