One of Sydney's most talked about hatted restaurants, with one of the best kitchen fit outs in town is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie with a background in reputable or high end restaurants to join the brigade.
Using some of the best produce available, you will be hands on smoking, curing and pickling as well as mastering your skills in butchery, cheese making and bread. The cuisine is rustic & full of flavour however plated with the utmost finesse.
The kitchen is fast paced and runs a polished service, with a brigade made up of some of Sydney's best chefs. This kitchen oozes talent and we are looking for an exceptional Chef De Partie to help lead the team and mentor junior chefs.
You will have a background working for highly reputable hatted restaurants or casual dining venues and be looking for a restaurant that values skill, precision and passion for everything for food. Working 4 days on and 3 days off, you will have a balanced working week with breakfast & lunch supplied as well as highly competitive tips!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous to hit the ground running and join one of Sydney's most trend setting restaurants.
