The Role:

Lead a large brigade of enthusiastic chefs over 2 kitchens and take this very successful Japanese restaurant to new levels! Use only the best locally sourced produce when creating new menus and use your savvy financial skills to ensure that wages and cost of goods are in line. You will be proud to call this restaurant and team your own and be rewarded with a very competitive salary, a capped 40 hour week and a supportive and refreshing ownership team to support and aid your success.



You:

  • AT least 3 years experience in a Japanese kitchen
  • A sincere passion for Japanese food, the finest seafood on the market and fish butchery
  • A love for your trade and a want to instill that passion into your team and train your less experienced chefs
  • Financial know how - ensure profitability is protected
  • A keen eye for detail and consistency
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the square
  • Above all - live and breathe the world of Japanese cuisine - be ahead of the trends!
