About the Job:
Our client is looking for career driven and passionate chefs to join their talented brigade at this beautiful Sydney waterside restaurant. Producing quality Modern Australian cuisine with a French influence, rosters are fair and include a mix of lunches and dinners. This is a friendly kitchen team where enthusiasm and team spirit are sought after attributes. You will have well-developed skills on the grill and pans and some pastry experience would be of benefit. The opportunity to rotate across stations, develop your skills further and grow as a Chef will be a reality at this lovely long-running restaurant.
About You:
You will possess sound culinary skills and have a passion for learning and growing your experience, along with the drive to succeed within your chosen career. You will be a mature, reliable and dedicated team player, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm. Experience within a quality restaurant, 4-5 Star Hotel or events venue is highly desirable.
