The RACV Goldfields Resort located in Creswick, close to Ballarat and Daylesford, is a 4.5 Star resort offering a range of quality accommodation, an 18-hole golf course, 6.1km mountain bike trail, swimming pool, gym, day spa, bar and restaurant, and extensive conference and event facilities.
We are currently looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join the team. Working alongside the leadership team, this role will see you manage and be accountable for the day-to-day operations and service delivery of Front Office, Reservations and Night Audit.
As a leader, you will naturally build capability in your team through coaching and mentoring while creating a culture that emphasises personalised and exceptional service. Playing a key role in the resort will see you build relationships with other operations that will ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests.
You will bring to the role prior experience gained from within a five-star hotel or resort front office operation, either at a Front Office Manager or Duty/Assistant Manager level. A strong understanding of managing budgets and yield management is also required to be successful in this role. Having worked in a four or five-star hotel or resort that has a large C&E operation, a qualification in a Hospitality Management discipline, Opera experience and/or having been a part of a pre-opening would all be highly regarded.
