We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for service to join our
dedicated Hotel Team as an Executive Assistant Manager.

As the Executive Assistant Manager, you assist the General Manager in oversight of the BreakFree hotel. Leading and mentoring the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, ensuring a smooth and seamless Guest service experience.  You will have proven leadership experience and a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away, fulfilling our 'Knowing what Matters' philosophy.

Reporting to and working closely with the hotels General Manager to drive guest service initiatives and empower the team to always go the extra mile for our guests. Your energy, drive and positive attitude will be contagious to all you work with and you will thrive on contributing to the bigger picture through your ability to think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.

Last, but certainly not least, you should be a great person to work with, who is reliable, level headed and able to ensure continuous improvement through your ability to think outside the box.
