The Quakers Inn is an iconic part of the Hills pub culture, renowned for its icy cold drinks, delicious food, fantastic customer service and inviting atmosphere.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to join the Management team as Retail / Bottle Shop Manager.
As Retail / Bottle Shop Manager you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for managing the day to day operations of The Quakers Retail / Bottle Shop business.
Skills & attributes:
- A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service in retail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A great eye for detail and store presentation
- Proficient Front of House and Back of House operational skills
- Ability to work weekends and nights if required
- Past experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Leading and managing team of casual retail staff
- Rostering and managing labour hours within budget
- Ordering of Stock and managing SOH Levels within budgeted guidelines
- Providing regular reports to management
- Implementing and monitoring procedures to improve bottleshop operations
- Active implementation and adoption of approved promotions
License Requirements:
- An RSA
