Growing Our Team
Doltone House is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator with proven success as a great coordinator within the Hospitality and Events industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
You will be responsible for coordinating events from post-sale right through to the actual event planning detail such as working on run sheets, menu consultation, logistics, site inspections, liaising with relevant departments, identifying up-sell opportunities and liaising with suppliers to name a few.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for clients, contractors and suppliers in planning stage of event.
- Develop and maintain strong and profitable relationships with new and returning clients.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure event specifications can be executed according to Doltone House standards and legislative requirements.
- Timely and accurate distribution of all event related information to internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally you will have:
- Minimum 3 years total experience in hospitality/events industry ideally as an coordinator (operational experience is an advantage)
- Excellent client relations
- Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability using MS Office application
- Ability to use CRM Information Systems or be a quick learner
