The Director of Food & Beverage is a newly available role across the Novotel/ibis and Pullman Sydney Olympic Park precinct.
Reporting to the General Manager as part of our Executive Leadership Team, you will set and deliver an inspirational strategic direction of the department to drive growth, support team talent retention and development, drive brand integrity and lead a culture of guest obsessed professionals.
Sydney Olympic Park Hotels is the most unique Hotel precinct in NSW, being home to A-level Events including the major sporting & entertainment events such as the Bledisloe Cup, State of Origin and NRL & AFL Finals series as well as a number of high profile entertainers including the upcoming Pink and Taylor Swift concerns. The most exciting event this year will be the Invictus Games in October. As such an operational understanding of large scale events is highly preferable.

What will you be doing?
- Ensuring our guests have positive memorable experiences every day
- Lead precinct wide planning and operational execution on Event Days
- Explore new revenue streams and develop tactical F&B campaigns
- Mentor your Managers with menu planning, product selection & team development
- Act as Licensee for the Hotels
- Drive continuous improvement across the front and back of house teams.
