The Centennial Hotel has a well established reputation within the Mudgee region of providing great meals to our guests with a smile!
We are seeking an Experienced Cook to join our team in creating memorable dining experiences for our patrons. We are open 7 days per week serving lunch & dinner.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is sick of the rat race and would like a tree change. We are located within the beautiful Mudgee region in Central West NSW. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic professional who has a passion for food!
Essential attributes:
Flexibility to work split shifts week days and weekends.
Reliable and punctual.
Shows initiative and takes pride in their work.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Work well alone as well as in a team.
Experienced Cook (3 year experience in similar role). Doesn't have to be qualified but must have good references and a pleasant disposition.
