The role...
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional chef to manage the kitchen team (including experienced Sous Chef) and dish up high quality, consistent meals. We're looking for someone with menu building experience and the ability to work a high volume at a fast pace.
The role will be 40 hours per week.
Requirements...
At least 3 years experience in a high volume professional kitchen environment.
Food handling certificate
Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive kitchen environment
Costing, stocktake and ordering skills
Menu management experience
Interest in live music and local community
