Our Client is part of a large forward thinking group, with a well known location and strong repeat clientele, they boast the largest space in Dickson! With a focus on serving premium beverages, cocktails and currently have the most craft beers on tap in the region. The space is modern, contemporary and serve great gastro pub food.
The role:
- Bar Manager reporting to the Venue Manager.
- $60 - 65K + Super.
- Working with a well establish and passionate team.
- Focus on the many craft beers on tap.
- Strong customer service focus.
- 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off.
- Closed over christmas!!!
- NO double shifts!
About you:
- You come with a solid background (at least 3 years) as an bar supervisor/ manager in the same or similar environment.
- Career progression based on performance is important to you.
- Your team management skills, and ability to fit into an established team is second to none.
- Ideally you will already have an exceptional knowledge of how to make cocktails and know about the ins and out's of craft beers from all around the world.
- You have an infectious personality.
- Longevity in a new role means something to you. You are committed to make your mark within this role and have the hunger to succeed.
- You have been exposed to the operational side of a business whith an understanding of profit/ loss reporting.
