As a Housekeeping Allrounder you will in a friendly and efficient manner, clean and maintain rooms and associated areas by carrying out allocated cleaning duties.

The Duties/Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Allrounder will include (but not limited to) :

1. Conduct a complete clean of dirty vacant rooms.
2. Provide service to occupied rooms.
3. Ensure all daily duties are completed by the end of shift.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
5. Report damage and maintenance issues to Management.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Resort or Hotel environment (advantageous).

• Looking for career progression in the guest services field.

• Sound attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach to all tasks.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional presentation and a confident, mature and personable manner.

• Be a motivated team player who is able to work autonomously and within a team.

• Flexibility with hours; Preferably available to work five days out of a seven day roster (especially in busy periods), able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
