The Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all guests have a stress free and eloquent experience throughout their journey in Australia’s finest outback locations. You will need to make sure that you deliver the best customer service to all clients and convert quotes into bookings. All enquires will be handled via phone, email or website. As the Reservations Consultant you will produce weekly reports, provide administrative assistance, manage database loading, confirm bookings, documentation, coordinate logistics and work alongside with operators.
