About the role
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising food preparation and monitoring food safety requirements. This role supports the Senior Chef’s in the day to day running of the kitchen operation, ensuring that the cuisine stays true to the vision of our team.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a qualified Chef de Partie
- Previous experience with Italian cuisine in a similar fast paced busy environment
- Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
- Ability to adhere to recipes and procedures as outlined by the Management Team and provide suggestions for menus and recipes where appropriate
- In depth knowledge & adherence to HACCP
- Australian recognised Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
