The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation as well as assisting and motivating the kitchen team.
Important characteristics of the roll are:
- Strong communication skills with all staff and a genuine passion for food.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic - fast paced kitchen and having the ability to multitask.\
- Working in a strong team environment .
Your roll and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Food preparation and plate presentation
- Assisting with the training, supervision and motivation of other Chefs (apprentices included)
- Fulfilling patrons requests
- Stock control
-Kitchen maintenance and cleanliness
- Preparing and storing food in compliance with food safety regulations
