As a Hotel Concierge you will look after the needs of guests on arrival and during their stay in hotel. Your duties will include informing guests about the hotels facilities, policies and procedures and providing tourist information to guests. You will also be undergoing a Certificate III in Customer Engagement.
Job Requirements
- Maintain an efficient, friendly professional approach to all duties performed in the role of Concierge.
- Be well organised to maximise efficiency and manage daily tasks.
- Maintain a close harmonious working relationship with all Management and other staff members.
Day to Day duties include:
- Greet guests at the entrance to the Club & Hotel and direct them to the Front Desk or the various meeting areas.
- Serve as the Guest's liaison for both the Club Member and Hotel Guest services.
- Functions as an extension of Front Desk duties: Assists the guest regardless of whether inquiries concern hotel and club or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. Knows how to provide concise and accurate directions.
- Assists elderly people and guests with luggage with the front door access.
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.
