The Venue:
One of the busiest Quick Service Restaurants you will see is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of their ACT stores. This venue is full of personality and fun vibes and provides customers quality service every time! The Role:
You will be responsible for assisting with the management of 15 - 20 staff members and are required to motivate and engage the team at all times. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your main responsibilities will be to look after the process roles in the business. This will include Stock takes, Food Safety, Repairs and Maintenance, Ordering and Restaurant Reviews.

To be successful you must have:
• Availability to work a 40 Hr Rotating Roster
• Be able to take full ownership of the restaurant when manager is away
• Experience in Budgets, KPI’s and PNLs. ‘
