My client is based in Wagga Wagga and have a successful operation. They trade 7 days a week and really love to be part of the local community.
They are now looking to expand their team and are wanting to find a new Bar Supervisor. Having previous experience in a busy venue is a must. You will need to be a jack of all with this role, with the ability to adapt to the day.
This is a role that would suit someone that has a passion for customer service and still be able to look after the welfare of patrons when needed. Being part of the local community is a bonus in this role.
What we need
- Previous longevity in similar role
- Ability to work closely with BOH staff
- Full understanding of poker machines
- Able to get the best from your team
- Strong presentation
- Able to forecast staffing needs on busy days
