Job Summary
In this role you will be required to provide efficient, professional and friendly food and beverage service to our guests, according to hotel service standards and procedures. The Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for assigned functions and will assist the Banquet Management team in supervising and training staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience at a supervisory level within Banquets, ideally within a five star hotel environment is highly recommended. Individuals who have strong banquet experience and are looking to step up into a supervisory role will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and true passion for customer service
- Available to work a variety of shifts over a seven day rotating roster
- Hold a current RSA certificate
