Bayview on the Park located on Queens Road is close to St. Kilda Beach and Chapel Street. Overlooking the beautiful Albert Park Lake and Golf course is perfect for business, leisure and a tranquil option being on the outskirts of the City Centre.
The Full Time Night Auditor position responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional service is when checking in and checking out guests
- Updating guests reservations profiles and responding promptly to inquiries
- Maintaining guest Arrival, Departure, No Show and Audit reports
- Overall hotel revenue is balanced and accountable for with daily takings
- Auditing hotel daily transactions from Front Office and Food & Beverage
- Follow up on discrepancies and voids ensuring they are logged and recorded
To be successful in this position the following attributes and characteristics are preferred:
- Current Hotel Experience or within a similar environment
- Qualification obtained Hospitality, Hotel Management or Accounting
- Computer literacy (OPERA and MS Office suite)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent problem solving techniques
- Clear and precise communication with guests and team members
- Professional and well presented at all times
- Working within a team to achieve the same goals
- Commitment with working across a 7 day week rotational roster, overnight shift is from 11pm until 7.30am. Flexible availability is required when the business needs rostering for mornings, evenings and mid shifts.
