We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Duty /Assistant Manager who has experience dealing with a gaming, TAB, sports bar and small Food and Beverage outlet.
As the Duty Manager, you will work closely with upper management to ensure the smooth running of your shift, overseeing all departments and ensuring that customer satisfaction is upheld.
You should hold all your Victorian Gaming Licences and Certificates, as well as;
- Be confident to provide direction to a small team
- Good knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Understanding of System 1 and Daily Cash Reconciliation Procedures
- Superior Customer service
