Situated on Hobart’s iconic waterfront and within a rich cultural precinct, this brand new Spirits Bar is set to attract Australia’s leading hospitality professionals. The high-design lounge space will be punctuated by a staggering collection of fossils and artefacts, creating a unique backdrop for emerging bartenders to make their mark in the national and international bar scene.
This is your opportunity to join in launching an exciting new venture that offers a vast spirit list of rare, international and local treasures. Whilst working closely with the broader team, your role will be contributing to the daily operations of the outlet through providing personalised service to each individual guest, ensuring each guests connects to the stories and experiences at Evolve Spirits Bar. As an expert in creating immersive, authentic and interactive guest experiences, your detailed knowledge of food and beverage service, and your commitment to continue learning about new products is highly advantageous. You role will work as part of the broader food and beverage team that also services MACq 01 Hotel, providing growth opportunities within a nationally award-winning business.
As the Food and Beverage Attendant, you will:
- Have experience in a fast-paced and well-respected bar and/or restaurant venue;
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to learn new product knowledge;
- Contribute towards creating and maintaining a positive team culture;
- Possess a positive attitude and passion for hospitality; and
- Take the lead on creating interactive and unforgettable guest experiences.
