The Job:

• Part time (25-30 hours per week)
• Inclusive of Saturday & Sunday shifts
• Five shifts per week from 16:30-22:00
• Wage dependent on experience level of applicant. Experience in a similar role or at a more senior level will be looked upon favourably. 

Your professional working history:

• You have experience working in a kitchen
• Prepping food (Intermediate knife skills and experience working with commercial cooking appliances)
• Plating food 
• You have knowledge and experience in hygiene and health and safety practices
• You have great skills and experience in reading and organising food dockets

Key skills & attributes: 

• You can move fast and think on your feet 
• You have a proven eye for detail
• You have experience in and are capable of working effectively in a small team 
• You are a professional with a great attitude 
• You can be flexible with working hours and your work role where necessary for the benefit of the team
