We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Chef de Partie's to join our Glasshouse team. Our aim is to create original, beautifully crafted food inspired by nature, delivered with purity, intensity and texture. You might not have the years of experience but a true desire to learn and grow will be highly regarded. You will be working with a team from 8-10 chefs. Able to rotate through different sections and reliably carry out orders handed down by the sous chef and the head chef. Have an attention to detail and the ability to trouble-shoot problems that might arise during service.

Being a busy venue you will need to be experienced in a high volume kitchen:

  • Have to have strong experience on most sections
  • Professional attitude to work in a close team and approach to the position
  • Flexible availability- seven day rotating roster
  • Excellent attention to detail delivering the best service and quality food
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, focus and good organisation skills

Our Head Chef will provide support, guidelines and an inclusive environment to work within.

The Club's menu is beautifully presented and includes charcoal grilled meats, fresh seafood, delicious salads, authentic Italian pizza and pasta along with upmarket Club favourites. The kitchen is open plan and full of theatre for our members and guests to enjoy.
