About you:
· Articulate confident leader with the ability to take initiative and multi-task.
· Fantastic operational knowledge.
· Previous management experience in a fine dining venue.
· The ability to drive a team to service excellence.
· Experience in all aspects of events
· Market savvy with excellent food and beverage knowledge.
· Great communications skills to mentor a young team
· Current RSA certification.
