Our client is managing a very high profile and flagship resort with clear emphasis on Food and Beverage operations, Guest Services and Accommodation. We are now searching for a highly skilled and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager services to manage a fleet of outlets and lead a large team of F&B staff.
 
This career oriented position will focus on all operational activities including the financial performance of each business unit and will make you the driver of service excellence.
 
The right candidate will have a stable background working in Leading International Hotels/Resorts or Boutique properties around the world, with excellent experience gained in regions such as Australasia.
 
You will enjoy a hands-on management role, where you can lead your team to exceptional standards. You will work well as part of a busy team and will have the skills and abilities to work in a multicultural environment.
 
Key Attributes:

  • Must have at least 10 years' experience in leading the F&B operations within leading 5 star hotels/resorts or Hat rated award-winning venues as Food and Beverage Manager / Restaurant Operations Manager / Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage
  • Very social personality who likes to greet/meet guests
  • Must have excellent knowledge of a la carte, buffet and Fine Dining
  • Pre-opening and project management experience will be highly regarded
  • Must come from a luxury hotel or resort background and loves to work on remote locations
  • Must be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and set goals
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Should have a sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing
  • Able to train and coach a workforce in excess of 50
  • Showcase clear emphasis on quality and maintain excellent guest services at all times
  • Capable enough to work on cost control, budgets and supervise other required details of the department's financial records
  • Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment
