C Bar Strand, Townsville's iconic waterfront restaurant, is currently looking for a FOH supervisor to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to work day, night and weekend shifts. Desirable attributes for the position include:

a minimum 2-years experience in a fast-paced a-la-carte restaurant
extensive experience in communication between FOH and BOH
extensive experience in food quality control
an energetic personality
a commitment to delivering professional and detailed service standards
a clear passion for the food, drinks and coffee industry
comprehensive understanding of stock control and cash reconciliation
competency in word, excel, point of sale
must hold valid RSA certificate
managers licence an advantage but not essential
immediate start
