The Ideal candidate should have formal training as a pastry chef and also be a confident cake decorator. Trainng on our products will be provided, however we were hoping to find someone who is already competent on custom designs. Nice environment and good working conditions. (45hrs weekly)

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be reliable and willing to work for 2 years minimum
  • Good customer service/people skills (Be able to take orders and upsell cakes)

Duties include:

  • Display of Greek biscuits
  • Display of Ice-cream cakes
  • Macarons and few other deserts
  • Basic Chocolate decorations (temper skills required)
  • Croquembouche and Macaron Towers
  • Custom kids design cakes (fresh cream)
  • Occasion cakes / wedding cakes

(Naked cakes, semi-naked, drip cakes, buttercream, ganache and white chocolate designs)

If you have your own portfolio with different styles of occasion cakes, or skills (eg. Rolled fondant) that would be a plus.
