About the business
Marnong Estate is a new tourism & hospitality venue 15 mins North of Melbourne Airport and only 30 Minutes North of the CBD.
Bankvale Run is a 222 Seat family focused restaurant. Specializing in authentic and delicious all day cuisine offering our guests an experience of Grazing, Gathering and Feasts, amongst the all-day Breakfast and A la Carte options. Complete with an open Kitchen and bar as the central heart to the venue with a Marana Forni state of the Art Gas and Wood Fired Pizza Oven.
Marnong Estate is also home to the New "Angliss Room" Event space specifically designed to cater for weddings, family celebrations, meetings, conferences and events up to 250 people.
Marnong Estate is a newly built project and we are looking for team members that are creative and willing to be part of a new opening where all ideas are considered and having fun is encouraged!
About the role
We are open initially 5 days per week for lunch and Dinner and also open for Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore a flexible approach to availability is preferred.
We are looking for talented, skilled and those with the right attitude towards customer service and cleanliness to fill positions across all departments in Full Time, Casual and Part Time roles.
