About the business and the role

This is a unique opportunity for someone with vision, looking to challenge themselves and work with us as we create a unique product in an outstanding venue, across the road from beautiful Bondi Beach.  

We are looking for experienced baristas as we have full time spaces to join our new and exciting team in Bondi.

The full-time barista and waitstaff positions are for experienced, reliable and hard-working people who can offer excellent service and the ability to build relationships with our customers. We are looking for staff who share our passion for healthy eating and living.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience, and be willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• High quality barista experience (minimum 2 years)
• High quality customer service in order to provide excellent guest experience and promote repeat visitation.
• Ability to undertake general waiting duties of both food and beverage, including preparing and clearing tables and taking orders.
• An understanding of customer service requirements in a busy hospitality environment
• Passion for health and fitness
• Coffee art experience

Skills and experience

• Experience as a barista a must
• Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including week days, evenings and weekends;
• Possess a Current & valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol (or be willing to obtain the certificates).
