Right now we are accepting expressions of interest from energetic, outgoing and self-motivated leaders to join our team as a Restaurant Manager/Area Co-ordinator. In this role you will oversee the overall operation of two other restaurants whilst managing all day to day aspects of your own designated restaurant.
To be successful in this role you will possess demonstrated ability in the following:
- Leading and engaging your team of passionate Restaurant Managers and Sandwich Artists;
- Managing all aspects of employee performance;
- Managing all costs associated with the restaurant such as labour, food etc;
- Ensuring restaurant operations are in line with Subway® Corporate Standards;
- Completion of daily and weekly Subway® related reporting;
- Product ordering and stock control;
- Local store marketing
To be successful in your new role the following are essential:
- Dynamic, results driven and enjoy achieving targets;
- A current hospitality manager with a "Can Do" attitude and a passion for what you do;
- Someone who understands food handling and food safety practices; and
- Hands on and possess a strong work ethic with high standards of presentation and service.
