Reporting to the General Manager this will definitely been a fantastic opportunity for a career focused Restaurant Manager
The Role
As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seemless service and overall management of this fantastic restaurant.
You will be responsible for staff training and development, rostering and managing all financials of the department

Skills & Experience
We are looking for a manager with previous experience within a fine dining restaurant and with exceptional food and beverage knowledge.
Ideally we are looking for an exceptional candidate with 3 to 5 years fine dining management experience.
