Breathtaking views of the ocean await in this stunning town. It is Whale season so catch the majestic southern right whales splashing and playing around while enjoying a drink of the beach on your days off. We’re looking for a hands-on Chef de Partie with a creative flair, passion for what they do and who’s keen to escape the day to day grime in exchange for a new location and new job.
The successful applicant will be a creative Chef de Partie enjoy complimentary:

We’re also offering a minimum of 40 hours per week, working in an energetic environment run by a small dedicated team.
You’ll work alongside the Head chef, and be required to assist with menu planning and suggestions. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team. Being capable of working autonomously will be advantageous but having great people skills is also highly desirable as you may be required to supervise staff from time to time, and also work with kitchenhands and dishies.
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
