They are now looking for a Chef to join their company in Rainbow Beach, QLD, with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Superannuation.

The primary purpose of this position is to work in the kitchen, providing quality food and delivering a multi-course modern dining experience for functions, modern bistro service, and a la carte. 

Reporting directly to the Head Chef some of your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring and training of three apprentices
• Manage the smooth running of all daily kitchen functions
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements such as WH&S 
• Provide a consistently high standard of food service at all times

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 6 years experience as a Chef working with various cuisine and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
