We are a premier Venue situated in an Idyllic location north of Perth. We proudly boast an amazing reputation in our field earned in the last two decades. We are relentless in our effort to continue striving to improve and are now seeking the services of a Focused and Professional Head Chef, Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all food production activities with particular focus on food quality and presentation, consistency, food cost, and strict adherence to the Venues Food Safety and HACCP requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A strong grasp of Budgeting
- Ability to manage food costs and labour
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven Experience in managing large Functions
- A desire to build and manage a team of engaged and motivated staff who strive to bring the highest standard of food to every single guest in the venue
- Must have relevant Industry Qualifications
- Strong attention to Details
