Philippe is the latest restaurant by renowned French chef Philippe Mouchel. Located at the Paris end of Collins St, we have been open for 2 years and are booked out most nights.
If you have at least 2 years experience in a professional upmarket restaurant and have an outgoing personality then you would be perfect for this role. We are seeking casual staff with the potential for full time for the right person.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have/are:
- Extensive experience in a high-end restaurant
- Good base knowledge of French food and wine
- A professional and reliable attitude
- Confidence when working under pressure
