Nobby Beach Holiday Village is looking for a Casual Reservation/Front office Consultant who will take pride in building rapport with customers ensuring excellent customer service is given when booking accommodation through our reservation system Newbook.
The Successful applicant will work on a rotational roster, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. 
This position is focused around exceptional customer service and creating a memorable holiday experience for our guests. We have recently have just completed a large upgrade and need another member to join our fast paced customer focused team to take our park to the next level. 
Nobby Beach Holiday Village is a centrally located Niche Park in Miami that is privately owned, we have a wide range of accommodation types from Penthouses,Deluxe Villas to budget accommodation, powered camping sites and short and long term tenants.

To be successful in this position you  MUST have the following:
 Experience in a similar role within a Holiday park/hotel or rental environment
• Experience in a reservations system or ability to gain knowledge
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills in person and over telephone
• Ability to work well as part of a team or autonomously
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• An ability to use initiative
• Friendly, outgoing and engaging personality
• Ability to work well under pressure, and have comprehensive problem solving skills
Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Management of our Reservations system Newbook, and third party sites
• Check in and checkout of guests including management of guest accounts
• Answering incoming phone calls and making reservations
• Attend to guest enquiries
• Provide guests advice on the local area and surrounding tourist attractions
• Managing shop, and tour bookings
Excellent computer skills, word, excel and outlook experience
• Completing daily end of day procedures and banking
• Assist with the promotion of the holiday village and its reputation
 Minimum 20 hours + per week on a rotational roster mainly ONLY working Monday - Friday
