Oaks is seeking an energetic and passionate Night Guest Service Agent to join the team on a part-time basis at Oaks Waterfront, based in The Entrance!

A night in the life of an Oaks Night Guest Service Agent includes:
- Conducting guest arrivals and departures;
- Confidently providing our guests with accurate information regarding the resort, facilities and local area;
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and completing daily reports;
- Answering reservation enquiries;
- Coordinating overnight service deliveries;
- Other general night duties, including checking the security and cleanliness of the Hotel.
Do you have what we are looking for?
- A commitment and passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service;
- Proficient computer skills/knowledge, training will be provided for our reservations system;
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills;
- A high standard of personal presentation;
- Previous experience in a front office, reception or hospitality role is advantageous but not essential.
