Primary purpose of the role is supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multi million dollar business. You will have the support and training to be able to grow your management skills. You will be encouraged to make decisions, show leadership and implement your own initiatives in growing the business.
Some of your core duties will be : setting a premium in customer service, rostering, ordering, business plans, functions, accommodation guest service and being able to lead, manage and train yourself and your peers.
Experience in the Hospitality industry is a must. Applicants without a current RSA and RCG are not considered. Current Australian working rights to apply. Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts are a must.
